Birdies

I would like to introduce you to Hudson's other half..... Birdies. His great grandmother made him this blanket(and about 15 others) when he was born. I remember Jonathan saying it was super girlie but around 10 months, Hudson grew a huge attachment to it and now sleep is not possible without her. Birdies used to go everywhere with Hudson and we called him Linus. From Charlie Brown. He dragged that blanket all over. We call her Birdies because she has pink, green and blue birds all over.

After losing her once (thank the Lord we found her), I decided that Birdies could only go in Hudson's crib, in our bed and to the doctor.... random I know but he likes to hold her when he gets his shots.




He loves that Birdies. He has been known to climb upstairs, run to his crib, stick his hand in to pull her out... only to hug her and throw her back in. I do not know what we would do without that blanket! True love.
